Registration Process

I. URJAVEER REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • 1. Visit the Urjaveer Webpage: Go to eeslmart.in/urjaveer and click ‘Register’ in the top right corner.

  • 2. Open the registration page and fill the form

  • 3. Upon successful completion, you will get below email:

     

  • 4. Login using the credentials you have created:

     

  • 5. Dashboard Access Log in using the credentials, pay the nominal fee (as mentioned in the portal), and Complete Skill check process (Multiple Choice Questions type). Thereafter , complete your KYC by entering PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank details.

  • 6. Upon successful KYC completion, you’ll get below email:

     

  • 7. Access Dashboard Once your KYC is verified, Receive your Unique QR Code (tailored for each Urjaveer) and also the Certificate online. You're now enrolled as an Urjaveer!

  • 8. Start Contributing & Earning! - Use your QR Code & Promotional kit to promote EESLmart.in products and earn your success fee monthly. Access your dashboard regularly.

II. URJAVEER Sales and Success Fee Process:

  • 1. Empanelment of Urjaveer with EESL Eligible Citizen completes the registration process to become an Urjaveer through the official EESL platform.

  • 2. Awareness, Promotion & Encouragement for attracting Consumers: Urjaveer are made aware of the Energy Efficiency Appliances, EESLmart and Unique QR code, promotional approach and are encouraged to approach to reach potential consumers.

  • 3. Promote EESLmart:Urjaveer begins promoting EESL’s energy-efficient appliances to potential customers by sharing their unique QR code.

  • 4. Customer Scans QR Code and Browse Products: Interested customers scan the unique QR code, which directs them to the EESLmart.in website. The customer browses the available energy-efficient products on EESLmart.in and selects the items they wish to purchase.

  • 5. Customer Makes Payment & Order Confirmation: The customer completes the purchase by making an online payment directly on EESLmart.in, receives an order confirmation, and the purchase details are linked to the unique Urjaveer account through the unique QR code.

  • 6. Trigger to Supplier/Warehouse: System triggers to Supplier/Warehouse for packing, logistics Pickup Material

  • 7. Material Delivery to consumer:EESL processes the order and ensures timely delivery of the purchased products to the customer.

  • 8. Monthly Sales Report: At the end of each month, Urjaveer receives a detailed sales report outlining the total sales made through their unique QR code.

  • 9. Monthly Success fee: Based on the sales generated, a success fee is calculated and credited to Urjaveer's account at the month’s end.
